The biggest, baddest rock-roll party of them all returns to Minneapolis! THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW bursts on to the stage in an elaborate, immersive production produced by Cardinal Theatricals. Starring a cast of top Twin Cities talent and - this is one ROCKY you won't want to miss!
THE MUSICAL
Bursting at the seams with timeless classics, including "Sweet Transvestite", "Damn it Janet", and of course, the pelvic-thrusting "TIME WARP", Richard O'Brien's ROCKY HORROR SHOW is a non-stop party! Ready to thrill you with its frothy, fun, and naughty moments, this is the boldest bash of them all, so sharpen those stilettos for the rockiest ride of your life!
THE STORY
On the way to visit an old college professor, two clean cut kids, Brad Majors and his fiancée Janet Weiss, run into trouble and seek help at the site of a light down the road. It's coming from the Frankenstein place, where Dr. Frank'n'Furter is in the midst of one of his maniacal experiments...Follow squeaky-clean sweethearts Brad and Janet on an adventure they'll never forget, with the scandalous Riff Raff, rippling Rocky and vivacious Magenta...and a crew of creatures you'll never forget!

THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW is presented as a full-on rock concert theatrical spectacle, with a blurring of the lines between audience and performance space. Audiences are literally placed in and around the action of the show! Cardinal Theatricals (producers of last year's smash-hit production of ROCKY HORROR and recent productions of RENT and THE WILD PARTY) have teamed up to bring some of the Twin Cities hottest theatrical artists and create a monumental production of the classic musical!
• NIGHLY COSTUME CONTEST
It's Halloween EVERY night! A live costume contest will be held every evening performance during intermission, so get out your wildest, wackiest attire and bring your friends to cheer on the winner. Hosted by a revolving list of Celebrities, there is a nightly top-prize for best-dressed and best themed attire.

Don Shelby
as "The Narrator"
is literally a living legend of stage and screen. Shelby has been a reporter, investigative reporter and environmental correspondent on broadcast television for over 45 years and is a celebrated intellectual, author and active figurehead of Minnesota news, sports and culture. One the most honored and decorated local television journalists in the country, Shelby appeared on the nightly news for 32 years on WCCO-TV. He has won three national Emmys, the Columbia-duPont, the Scripps-Howard, the National Distinguished Service Award from the Society of Professional Journalists, and has twice won the Pulitzer Prize of broadcasting: The George Foster Peabody. Inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2008 and televisions Silver Circle, he was also named the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Humanitarian of the Year. Don and his wife, Barbara, have been together for nearly forty years, and have three grown daughters and three grandchildren.

Andre Shoals as "Frank-n-Furter"
is thrilled to once again call the Twin Cites home after 20 years in New York and Boston. He began his career here in Minneapolis with Zenon Dance Company, and went on in New York to dance with Susan Marshall and Company, Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company and Jane Comfort and Company. Andre was a superstar of the New York drag scene in the nineties performing at Wigstock, Boy Bar, Squeezable, and Toast with Joey Arias and Raven-O. He moved to Boston in 1996 where he is a founding member of The Gold Dust Orphans, a fringe theater company that has cultivated a cult following and rave reviews from critics. Since arriving back in Minneapolis in the fall of 2010, he is creating buzz for his character work in David Hanbury's Mrs. Smith franchise. He is thrilled to 'don' his pumps and do the "Time Warp" again.
Jamecia Bennett
as "Eddie" & "Dr. Scott"
is happy to return to the Lab Theater after playing Joanne in RENT. A manager, singer, songwriter and producer who has sung background for superstars like Janet Jackson, Luther Vandross, Patti Labelle, and Lionel Richie, Jamecia is an original member of the Grammy award-winning group Sounds of Blackness, and is a featured soloist on the hit by James Grier & Co, “"Don’t Give Up".” Jamecia has also performed in several Tyler Perry shows including, I KNOW I'VE BEEN CHANGED, I CAN DO BAD ALL BY MYSELF, and MADEA'S FAMILY REUNION. Her extensive theatre credits include: CAROLINE, OR CHANGE at the Guthrie; A WOMAN LIKE THAT Off-Broadway at The Village Gate; BLUES IN THE NIGHT at Ordway Center; GET READY, BLACK NATIVITY and many more at Penumbra Theater. She has two sons, Shakur and Jamez, and one daughter, American Idol's Paris Bennett.
Reid Harmsen
as "Brad Majors"
is excited to be stripped down to his underwear and return to the Lab Theater and Cardinal Theatricals after playing Mark in the hit production of RENT. Other Credits include: ALL SHOOK UP at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres; GYPSY with Theater Latté Da; Disney's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS, and CINDERELLA at Children's Theatre Company; THE SECRET GARDEN with Minneapolis Musical Theater; HAMLET at the Guthrie Theater; A CHRISTMAS CAROL with Troupe America; and Broadway Asia's international tour of the Ordway Center's JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT to Tokyo, Japan. Erin Capello
as "Janet"
Is very excited to make her Lab Theater/Cardinal Theatricals debut as Janet! She was most recently seen in EVITA with Theater Latté Da. Other credits include: SWING! at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres; THE SORCERER with Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Compnay; THE ELEPHANT MAN with the MN Opera; Stages Theater Company; Great American History Theater, as well as several cabarets and performances with the Minnesota Orchestra.
Kat Perkins
as "Columbia"
is thrilled to be making her debut at The Lab theater! Kat founded and has fronted her original rock band, Scarlet Haze, since 2005. Scarlet Haze is signed to WARNER/ILG/DIRTBAG records. Their first single, Reach Down, was released last January worldwide and can be found on iTunes. Their 3rd album is due out this winter. You can also see her as the lead singer of SKITZOfrenic (Minnesotas premier pop/dance band experience) and Northern Comfort, her acoustic country rock trio. Other local theatre credits include BEEHIVE at Hey City Theater, TONY AND TINAS WEDDING at Hey City Theater and the Lowry Theater, HERES LOVE, with Troupe America, and The Medora Musical with Stagewest Entertainment where she was featured as Little Miss Kathy Perkins, the yodeling cowgirl for 5 years! Molly Callinan
as "Magenta"
hails from Chicago where she headlines rock bands, BLACK BETTY and ROCK CANDY. Molly has performed across the globe, recently including the LA Premiere and North American national tour of DIRTY DANCING, the original NYC workshops of Broadway hit ROCK OF AGES, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (Chicago's Mercury Theater), DISNEY, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and hundreds of rock venues across the country. When not singing, she can be found driving around looking for Krispy Kreme stores with the "Hot Now" sign on.
Craig Daniel Stastny
"Rocky"
is ecstatic to take you on this Strange Journey! A recent graduate from MSU, Mankato with a BFA in Musical Theatre, Craig performed at the Kennedy Center Last Spring as a winner of the American College Dance Festival. He has performed with Straw Hat Players, Northern Lights Playhouse, the MN Fringe Festival and was most recently seen at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. "Sending my Love to all you creatures of the night who aren't dreaming it, but being it!"
Rebecca Gebhart
"Phantom"
is a Twin Cities native, and an 08 graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa who grew up dancing the "Time Warp" and hitting the midnight showings of THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW. Recent credits include: DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS and BARE with Minneapolis Musical Theater; DRACULA'S CASTLE and BEST LITTLE CRACKHOUSE IN PHILLY with the MN Fringe Festival; on-going performances with Martina's Broadway Cabaret at the Bryant-Lake Bowl; and THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE at Bloomington Civic Theater. She would like to thank the supervisors of her survival job as well as Cardinal Theatricals for allowing her to embark on this strange and exciting journey...

Other regional stage credits include SWEENEY TODD at The White Plains Center; SEUSSICAL: THE MUSICAL and PHANTOM at the Helen Hayes Theater; STREET SCENE at MSM: Greenfield Hall. Mickey is a native of New Jersey and a recent graduate of NYUs Tisch School of the Arts. Some of his stage work there includes NINE, PARADE, COMPANY, IPHIGENIA 2.0, THIS IS OUR YOUTH & A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE. Mickey would like to thank the cast, crew, and all of his family and friends for their love and support.
Anne Reason
is excited to make her Lab Theater debut in The Rocky Horror Show! Originally from Minnetonka, MN she earned a B.F.A in Musical Theatre at Millikin University in Decatur, IL. She has recently performed in the Twin Cities at The Plymouth Playhouse in THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES, Theater Latté Da in EVITA, the Guthrie Theater in A CHRISTMAS CAROL and MACBETH, and performed in and choreographed many Minnetonka Theatre productions. Favorite roles include Sheila Bryant in A CHORUS LINE, Gabriella Montez in Disney's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL and Anita in WEST SIDE STORY. She would like to thank her family and friends for all their support!
